Refund policy

As a valued pet parent, you can make the most of our 30-day return policy for our canine supplements. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at brian@petlii.co.uk with your order number and the address you'll be sending the products back from. We'll provide you with a shipping label for the return, which requires printing.

We offer a full product refund (minus shipping costs) for returned tubs of treats, provided the seal on the tub has not been broken. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there's an error in your order, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if your dog does not like the taste or smell of the treats, as they can still be crumbled into their regular food or hidden in other foods. Refunds are also not provided if you discover your dog is allergic to one of the ingredients upon receipt and opening the treats. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are giving your dog treats suitable for their dietary needs. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for returns initiated after 30 days from the date of order receipt.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Kindly note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

For item exchanges, we recommend initiating a return first and then making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the fastest possible processing time.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
