Our products are formulated with high-quality, safe ingredients. However, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your dog's diet, especially if they have specific health concerns or allergies.

Store the chews in a cool, dry place. The packaging has an airtight seal to ensure freshness, so be sure to reseal it properly after each use.

Petlii chews are suitable for adult dogs. For puppies, we recommend checking with your vet to ensure they're appropriate for your puppy’s age and dietary needs.

Currently, our focus is on meat-flavoured chews, but we're always looking to expand our range. Stay tuned for updates!

We offer a 2-day delivery service for all orders, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Saturday.

There's a £4 delivery fee on orders. However, we offer free delivery for orders over £40.

Currently, we only ship within the UK and Ireland.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

Our deliveries are handled by Amazon's Multichannel Fulfilment Network, which typically leaves a notice for rearranging delivery or pickup.

We offer a 30-day return policy for our canine supplements. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return process, email us at brian@petlii.co.uk with your order number and return address. We will provide you with a shipping label for the return.

For a full refund, the product must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly and arrange a suitable solution.

We cannot accept returns if your dog does not like the taste or if an allergic reaction is discovered after opening. It's important to check for suitability with your dog's dietary needs before use. Returns initiated after 30 days from the date of receipt are also not accepted.
